English Essay Writing Competition

An Essay Writing Competition was organized for the students of Std. I to Std. IV with the aim of encouraging creativity, improving writing skills, and helping students express their thoughts confidently.

The competition was conducted class-wise with each standard given separate topics.

Std. I students wrote on the topic “My Country India”, where they expressed their love and pride for the nation in simple and meaningful sentences.
Std. II students wrote on “Being a Good Friend”, highlighting values like kindness, sharing, and helping others.
Std. III students participated enthusiastically and presented their ideas clearly and creatively on the topic "Save Trees, Save Life".
Std. IV students wrote on “The Importance of Reading Books”, explaining how reading helps in gaining knowledge, improving language, and developing imagination.

All the students participated with great enthusiasm. Their efforts reflected originality, neat presentation, and thoughtful expression according to their level. The essays were evaluated based on content, creativity, handwriting, and overall presentation.

The competition proved to be a wonderful learning experience for the students. It not only enhanced their writing skills but also boosted their confidence and encouraged them to think independently.

The event was a great success.
