Independence Day Celebration

A special Independence Day Prayer Service was conducted by Ms. Karishma to celebrate the spirit of freedom and to instil the values of patriotism, unity and responsibility among the students. The prayer service began by thanking God for the gift of our beautiful nation and for the freedom that we enjoy today.

The students remembered with gratitude the brave freedom fighters and national leaders who struggled and sacrificed their lives for the independence of our country. Special prayers were offered for the peace, unity, progress and prosperity of India and for all those who work tirelessly for the welfare and protection of our nation.

The prayer service reminded the students that freedom is a precious gift and that every citizen has a responsibility to respect the nation, follow good values, maintain discipline and live together in harmony.

Our Headmistress, Sr. Macveena, then addressed the students and explained that they too have an important role to play as young citizens of the country. She encouraged them to be responsible, disciplined and respectful, to fulfil their duties sincerely and to help keep our independent India strong, united and respectable.
